Empathy Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our expanding team. This full-time role will primarily be executed in a remote telehealth setting, enabling you to make meaningful connections with clients seeking mental health support from the comfort of their own homes. This position is remote, allowing for flexible working hours while adhering to a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, you may need to accommodate client appointments during evenings or weekends. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic objectives.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and circumstances of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team by sharing insights and participating in case conferences to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Take part in ongoing clinical supervision, professional development initiatives, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

You will work with a varied clientele, ranging from individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health issues. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate emotional difficulties, address addiction challenges, and cope with trauma. • Experience in treating clients with addiction and dual diagnosis is advantageous.
