Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
We're looking for Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team. Our Customer Solutions Center (CSC) is a critical part of our business, and as an agent, you'll be a key driver of sales, retention, customer insights, and a great customer experience. You'll take a consultative approach to guide customers through their sales journey, helping them find the right coverage for their business. This is also a fantastic chance to share your ideas with the wider business to increase sales and improve the customer experience.What Will You Do?
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to make sure their businesses are fully covered.
  • Participate in our Test and Learn initiatives to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics for sales, premium, policies per customer, quality, and productivity.
  • Stick to all our compliance and quality standards.
  • Use our internal systems to keep customer, quote, and policy information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner.

What is a Must Have?
  • A Property & Casualty Producer license.
  • At least one year of experience selling insurance in a call center environment.
  • A passion for customer experience and closing sales.
  • The ability to understand customer needs, listen actively, and tailor your communication to confidently sell our products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
