The National Safety Council is America's leading nonprofit safety advocate. We focus on eliminating the leading causes of preventable injuries and deaths. Through leadership, research, education, and advocacy, NSC focuses on areas where most unintentional injuries and deaths occur.
We are currently looking for a First Aid Training Coordinator to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.
Position Highlights:
The First Aid Training Coordinator supports the implementation, maintenance, and delivery of First Aid training products. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role coordinates product-related activities, training logistics, communications, reporting, and customer support to ensure successful product operations and service delivery.
What You'll Do:Project Coordination
  • Prepares presentations and reports on the status of First Aid training products, initiatives, and operational activities, including timelines, milestones, and key metrics.
  • Coordinates product-related activities and processes associated with initiatives to help ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines.
  • Coordinates delivery of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates registration and logistical support for events, trainings, meetings, and off-site activities.
Administration
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the First Aid Training team.
  • Coordinates meetings, prepares documentation, and manages routine correspondence.
  • Maintains databases, records, files, and related documentation.
  • Assists with required product and operational reporting activities.
  • Monitors and responds to inquiries received through shared email mailboxes.
  • Provides timely support to instructors, training centers, chapters, and customers regarding training products, materials, registrations, and related processes.
We're Looking for Someone with:
  • Requires a college degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with safety promotion, community education, or training.
  • Understands training programs, operational processes, and customer support practices.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Resolves routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as appropriate.
  • Possesses working knowledge of First Aid training products, processes, and supporting systems.
  • Ability to organize work schedules and meetings.
  • Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams skills.
  • Ability with Project Management Tools.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Hourly rate: $28.85.
