The position is situated within a community health clinic model, where collaborative practices with other healthcare professionals are encouraged to provide holistic care to clients. We foster a supportive digital environment that promotes mental health through regular team meetings, peer support sessions, and online workshops.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy, and where relevant, facilitate family, couple, and group counseling sessions tailored to the clients’ specific circumstances.
• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to inform ongoing treatment and support strategies.
• Document all client interactions and progress accurately, using our electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in staff training as necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of practical experience working in mental health settings, with a focus on individual counseling, group therapy, and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience working with children, families, and couples is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the latest trends in individual and family therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
