Psychiatrist | Inpatient (On-site or Remote)
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate psychiatrists to provide high-quality inpatient psychiatric care to adult, child amp; adolescent and/or multi-age patient populations. Our positions offer options to work onsite at our partner facilities or remotely via telepsychiatry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. This role supports individuals experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, contributing to both stabilization and long-term treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing treatment for inpatient populations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management.
  • Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to support integrated care.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, social workers, therapists, and other medical professionals.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support discharge planning as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethical standards in psychiatric practice.

Qualifications:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration in good standing or eligibility to obtain.
  • Previous experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfort with or willingness to use telehealth platforms if working remotely.
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with scheduling options based on availability.
