• Conduct initial mental health evaluations through comprehensive interviews, ensuring all findings are meticulously documented to inform treatment strategies.
• Assess clients' emotional and psychological state, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interactions to gauge their unique needs.
• Develop individualized intervention and recovery plans catering to children, adults, couples, and family units, fostering an understanding of both immediate and long-term mental health objectives.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients in effective, transformative discussions.
• Monitor clients' progress continuously, making adjustments to treatment plans as required based on clinical observations and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary physicians, and social workers, to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Manage follow-up care effectively for clients transitioning to and from inpatient facilities, ensuring continuity of care and seamless communication with healthcare providers.
• Provide guidance to family members and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support their loved ones’ recovery process.

Our clientele comprises individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• Sound understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, familiarity with platforms like AVATAR preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity for empathetic listening and relational engagement.

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor or a related field, demonstrating competence in conducting assessments and therapy.
• Experience with addiction disorders and their mental health implications.
• Familiarity with the best practices as set out by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
• Understanding of the pharmacological treatments prescribed by medical professionals and their psychological effects on clients.
