• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure quality patient care and compliance.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and counselor specialists, to create a unified care plan that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, guiding them through the treatment process and enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
