As part of a larger community health clinic, you will leverage state-of-the-art technology through our counselor portal, which enables you to manage your caseload, schedule appointments, and conduct video counseling sessions seamlessly. • Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately via video chat, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapy plans based on client needs and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that effectively address each client's unique circumstances, challenges, and goals.
• Facilitate client insight by helping them explore their experiences, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Evaluate client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and helping clients establish healthy coping strategies.

Turning Point Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year based on hours worked.
