• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices that cater to the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group workshops using therapeutic techniques designed to engage and empower clients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure holistic and integrated mental health care.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering engagement in the recovery process and enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the privacy and security of client information.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. By actively participating in their recovery journeys, you will help empower individuals to take control of their mental health and achieve lasting personal growth.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise through specialized training or significant experience in the field of mental health counseling.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities used to treat various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively in their recovery processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly within a team of mental health professionals.

• Experience providing telehealth services, specifically in a virtual counseling or therapy environment.
• A background working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of their unique mental health needs.
• Familiarity with clinic management software and electronic health record systems to streamline client care and documentation.
