This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to provide your services to students and their families from the comfort of your home. However, you will engage closely with school personnel and families through virtual therapy sessions, consultations, and meetings. Our collaborative model empowers you to integrate seamlessly into the school environment, adapting your therapeutic interventions to fit the unique needs of each educational setting.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews to identify individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns, incorporating feedback from clients and their families.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a confidential and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share relevant resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes, complying with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Promote mental health awareness and conduct workshops or training sessions for school staff and parents to identify and address mental health issues early.

This role will primarily focus on serving a diverse population of students within the school system, ranging from elementary to high school. You will support clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. The ability to work with different age groups and understand the unique challenges faced by adolescents and their families is essential for success in this role.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a fundamental requirement.
• An active, state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health, preferably in an outpatient or school environment.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based practices, and Trauma-informed care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting or working directly with children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and digital documentation systems.
• Experience in conducting workshops or group therapy sessions focused on coping strategies and mental wellness.
