• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients grappling with a range of mental health issues, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, and major depressive disorders. You will provide a safe space for clients to express their feelings and fears as you guide them through therapeutic processes aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth. Your role is crucial in offering both emotional and psychological support, facilitating meaningful exchanges that encourage clients to take an active role in their recovery.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on mental health.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in virtual communication platforms and telehealth best practices.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.
