• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop tailor-made treatment plans that align with each client’s unique therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to adapt to their progress.
• Utilize research-supported therapeutic methods, providing individual and group therapy sessions that effectively address clients' mental health concerns.
• Manage crisis situations with a calm and effective approach, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate intervention strategies to ensure client safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous education and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic techniques and knowledge of best practices in mental health care.

At Decide to Believe Recovery Clinic, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity clients, allowing for meaningful and sustained therapeutic relationships. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive environment that recognizes individual differences. By focusing on their distinct journeys, you will help clients build resilience and develop coping strategies to manage life challenges effectively.

• Must hold an active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, providing empathetic, client-centered care.
• Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a counseling role.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
