Insurance Sales Producer — The Thompson Agency | Independent Agency | P&C Licensed

About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer for its independently owned agency in Rexburg, ID. This is a full-time hybrid/remote sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency
  • Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For

  • Active P&C insurance license required
  • 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Why Brightway?

Earning potential is uncapped and tied directly to your performance.

  • Access to Brightway's carrier network — more products to sell than a captive agent

  • The Brightway Promise: ongoing training, carrier access, and the infrastructure of a national network with the feel of a local agency
