Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and aspirations, utilizing standardized clinical tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a myriad of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress management.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions for couples and families aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.
  • Craft individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, effective coping strategies, and available resources to facilitate lasting recovery and support.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines and legal standards governing the counseling profession to ensure safeguarding of client confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits
