Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass delivering quality psychotherapy services to clients with various mental health concerns. Specific tasks include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately diagnose clients’ conditions and formulate effective treatment plans guided by established best practices.
• Applying a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Maintaining diligent and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare standards.
• Participating in multidisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to deliver coordinated, holistic care to patients.
• Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster ongoing professional development and to enhance the quality of patient care.
• Offering education to clients and their families to empower them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, strategies for coping, and community resources.
• Staying informed about advancements in the mental health field and integrating new methodologies and practices into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups, experiencing mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in various counseling techniques.
• Exceptional skills in communication, rapport building, and interpersonal relations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Further specialization or training in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or trauma-informed care.
• Prior work in remote settings or with telehealth services is a plus.
