• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, tailoring personalized treatment plans to support their recovery journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies to address each client’s unique situation.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records that comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in social work, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve client outcomes.

Our center primarily serves individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and those navigating challenging life transitions. Your role as an LICSW will involve supporting clients through personalized therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and group therapies, which are designed to empower them in their healing process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in Massachusetts is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-setting.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in hospice care, trauma-informed practices, or crisis intervention will be highly regarded.
