• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services across a spectrum of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address both individual and group needs.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that all professionals involved in client care understand their roles and communicate regularly to facilitate coordinated treatment delivery.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate ongoing support services.
• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma while educating the public about available mental health resources.

The successful candidate will be working with a highly diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity to their unique experiences and challenges, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s specific needs. You will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful rapport building with clients and fostering trust within therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with a diverse array of clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Experience working within a community mental health framework, with a focus on collaborative care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and coordinate care.
• Previous involvement in crisis management, including stabilizing clients in acute situations and formulating safety plans.
• History of participating in community outreach or educational programs that promote mental health awareness.
