As a remote mental health counselor, you will enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, enabling you to craft a schedule that suits your lifestyle and personal needs. We offer full-time options of over 30 hours per week or part-time opportunities exceeding 5 hours per week. • Provide high-quality mental health counseling through video conferencing, ensuring ethical practices and client confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge client needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering mental wellness.
• Guide clients in developing critical coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with minimal paperwork, focusing on client care rather than administrative tasks.

Your primary clientele will consist of stable adults grappling with low-acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and stress management. Your role will help empower these individuals to navigate their challenges, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered state license in your field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Independent licensure is a must, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate computer literacy, and maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection for remote counseling sessions.

• Experience in the outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth counseling systems are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your hours worked.
