Job Description

One day in the office in Wayne, PA is preferred.

  • Primary duty will be to accept data from multiple sources, both internal and external, and independently analyze the data to understand the causes and effects of each variable
  • Make recommendations on how to maximize use of the services and vendors represented by the data
  • Analyze data for annual customer program reviews and create communication tools for use in presenting the results to internal and external customers – will include in-person presentation at external customer meetings with audiences ranging from operational to senior executive
  • Manage intake of data from internal and external sources
  • Understand the business requirements of the use of the data
  • Provide analysis of the data

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or similar discipline 
  • Healthcare, Insurance, or Worker's Compensation industry experience highly preferred
  • 2 years of experience with data analytics
  • Experience with GenAI tools preferred (Co-Pilot)
  • Customer presentation experience required 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data
