OVERVIEW
The Solution Engineer II BI & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise BI, analytics, and data integration solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines across Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Informatica, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. A strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Salesforce data models is highly preferred to enable end • 'to • 'end analytical solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for development and production support of enterprise BI and analytics platforms including Informatica, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, semantic models, and curated datasets.
  • Act as technical lead on BI and analytics initiatives, owning end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to other developers and analysts as needed.
  • Lead project execution, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across teams.
  • Drive best practices, standards, and governance for BI development and data modeling
  • Design and support data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS).
  • Troubleshoot production BI and data pipeline issues and coordinate timely resolution with users and technical teams.
  • Design optimized analytical data models leveraging Oracle EBS and Salesforce (SFDC) source systems (preferred).
  • Influence and guide stakeholders toward BI best practices and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Interact with users up to Director/Manager level to understand reporting, analytics, and data needs.
  • Coordinate cross departmental initiatives of medium to high complexity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong experience with at least two of the following: Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica required.
  • Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Microsoft Fabric highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and semantic layers.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets.
  • Understanding of Oracle EBS and Salesforce (SFDC) data models for analytical reporting (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and current-state processes.
  • Ability to identify data gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform project coordination responsibilities.
  • Successfully completed 3+ projects as a project coordinator or technical lead.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree IT/Relevant Business or equivalent work experience and/or training required (6 years)
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with enterprise BI platforms and reporting solutions. 5 years highly preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience working with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline
  • 4+ years' experience with IT project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • Pay Information: Min Salary of $99,800 to Max Salary $160,600 (annual equivalency); DOE
