• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Document all case-related information promptly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals across various backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including those seeking recovery from substance use issues, dealing with developmental disabilities, and managing the consequences of acquired brain injuries. Your approach will be tailored to align with each client's goals, emphasizing their strengths and promoting positive life changes.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is mandatory.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and the ability to maintain accurate clinical records.
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary team and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make independent decisions grounded in best practices.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is beneficial.
• Prior work with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in mental health treatment.
