The JumpCloud access and authentication Team is changing the way IT admins and users authenticate to their JumpCloud managed IT resources for a frictionless experience to get work done. The days of the traditional corporate security perimeter are over.

The access and authentication Team is at the center of frictionlessly orchestrating a user's least privileged access.

What you'll be doing:

JumpCloud is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help drive the remote authentication roadmap and significantly influence the future of frictionless authentication at JumpCloud. You will own one or more product capabilities and be responsible for strategy, meeting KPIs and objectives

If you have a deep hands-on experience with modern identity and authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML, and the ability to translate them into secure, scalable product capabilities. let's have a conversation.

 
Responsible for:
  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap by continuously discovering customer and competitive market dynamics. 

  • Take ownership of empathizing with the customer needs (and desires) and drive the outcomes with a close partnership with the cross-functional teams. 

  • Advocate for customers by simplifying the access experience with a close partnership with UX Leads, architects, and product teams.

You Have:
  • Ability to untangle the interconnectedness of the complex authentication mess and simplify the same to drive the cross-functional team in the same direction.

  • Passion for simplifying the authentication experience for customers and partners. 

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience directing strategy and execution of SaaS, Enterprise or security products. 

  • Experience with identity protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML). 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering preferred but not required. MBA is a plus.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $150,000-$180,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you'll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
 
All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.  Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
