Job description

Company Description
Employer.com is part of a family of incredible brands alongside Flawless Recruit and Recruiter.com. Together, we provide talent acquisition services to fit the unique hiring challenges of our clients. Whether they need help building recruiting processes, attracting top talent, or payrolling contractors, we can help.
Job Description
Remote (US), preferred locations Chicago, Denver, or Phoenix.
Estimated 6-month assignment, potential contract-to-hire.
This role is for a recruiter with deep, primary expertise in sales recruiting (SDR/AE/AM). You'll own full-cycle hiring across a fast-growing B2B sales organization, partnering directly with regional sales leadership.
Our client is a high-growth B2B SaaS company scaling an outbound sales motion across multiple regional offices (Denver, Chicago, Phoenix). The team has recently shifted a portion of its account executive recruiting toward more strategic, enterprise-level go-to-market hiring, which has increased the need for dedicated horsepower on the core SMB and mid-market AE pipeline. You'll be one of the primary drivers keeping that engine running.
This role is best suited to recruiters currently operating at the full-cycle sales recruiter career stage, hands-on with high-volume sourcing and full ownership of the pipeline day to day.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Primary expertise in sales recruiting (SDR, AE, and/or Account Management); comfortable speaking fluently to sales org structure, comp models, and what makes a strong sales hire
  • Currently working hands-on, full-cycle, in a high-volume sourcing capacity
  • Track record of hiring into a high-volume outbound sales motion, with the ability to run a heavy weekly sourcing cadence and keep a tight, well-calibrated funnel
  • Proficient in Greenhouse ATS
  • Direct sourcing as a primary skill, with active use of LinkedIn Recruiter project folders
  • Able to own and defend funnel metrics: meetings generated, screen-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rate
  • An active AI workflow for admin and market insight work, without expecting AI tools to replace core sourcing and screening judgment

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR and AE roles across the client's Denver, Chicago, and Phoenix offices
  • Generate a minimum of 15 new candidate meetings per week through direct outbound sourcing
  • Maintain a screen-to-hire ratio in a healthy range for the business; recalibrate quickly with hiring managers when ratios drift too far
  • Drive toward an 80% offer acceptance rate
  • Run candidates smoothly and predictably through a structured process
  • Coach candidates on pacing and presence through the process
  • Partner with hiring managers on ongoing calibration of successful candidate profile, using funnel data to flag when sourcing or IV model needs to adjust
  • Represent the client's culture and value proposition credibly and energetically to a fast-moving, high-volume candidate pool

Communication Style
  • Direct, data-driven communication with sales leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable discussing funnel metrics in specific, defensible terms

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience recruiting for SaaS sales orgs with a defined ICP and heavy outbound motion
  • Experience using Bright Hire and Ashby Analytics (or comparable interview intelligence and reporting tools)
  • Denver, Chicago, or Phoenix based
  • Experience with Core Values Index, DISC, or similar assessment tools in a recruiting pipeline
  • Background training or coaching hiring managers on interview calibration
