• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed for recovery.
• Consistently stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment and actively seek opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will be primarily working with individuals undergoing detoxification and seeking to recover from substance use disorders. These patients often present with co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your capacity to provide empathetic, effective support will be critical in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journey and enhance their overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Proven knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in addiction medicine.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for effective therapeutic relationships and team collaboration.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation requirements.
• Experience working in a remote or telehealth capacity is a plus.
