• Sharp communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Leadership skills and ability to command respect.

• Strategic planning and big-picture thinking

• Controlling and monitoring program and project activities

• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques

• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management.

• Influence, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Planning and resource management skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business, or a technical discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
