Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support our Assembly & Test (A&T) operations. In this role, you will drive quality performance across complex manufacturing processes, ensuringhigh standardsof reliability, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Quality & Inspection Controls

  • Lead quality performance across assembly, integration, and test processes.

  • Strengthen inspection and process controls (incoming, in-process, final).

  • Manage nonconformances (MRB) and support disposition decisions.

  • Support production ramp, NPI, and ongoing operations.

Solve Problems & Improve Yield

  • Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).

  • Analyze yield and test data toidentifyimprovement opportunities.

  • Drive corrective actions and improve First Time Right.

Strengthen Quality Systems

  • Ensure compliance to quality systems and procedures.

  • Support audits and drive closure of findings.

Provide Technical Leadership

  • Guide teams on quality standards and inspection criteria.

  • Apply IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-600 standards.
