These roles often include customer service, itinerary planning, and providing travel advice via phone, email, or chat. Professionals in this field work for travel agencies, tour operators, or travel technology companies, and require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of popular travel destinations. Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills help agents effectively assist clients and resolve travel-related issues. These skills ensure seamless travel arrangements, high customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage complex itineraries remotely.
