We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team at Superior Home Protection in Wentzville, MO as an Inbound Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about increasing sales and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key responsibilities will include managing incoming sales inquiries, presenting our home warranty plans, and finalizing sales. If you possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and enjoy helping customers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls to showcase and offer our nationwide warranty services
  • No cold calling is necessary
  • Create, sustain, and enhance positive business and customer relationships
  • Take constructive feedback to improve
  • Demonstrate how the policy resolves customer worries and gives them peace of mind
  • Answer queries and explain the policy to the customer
  • Negotiate prices and terms of the policy
  • Receive ongoing training to boost sales

Qualifications:
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases (training provided)
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
