Job description

Ameriguard Insurance Agency is looking for a licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing service team. This is a remote position built for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and understands that great service is what keeps clients coming back.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients — handling policy changes, issuing Evidence of Insurance to loan processors, and working hand-in-hand with our established service team to make sure every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Service existing clients with requested policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Issue Evidence of Insurance and related documentation to loan processors and mortgage partners quickly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Loan Officer partners, responding to their requests with urgency and accuracy
  • Collaborate daily with the Ameriguard service team to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences across every touchpoint
  • Deliver a five-star experience to every client, lending partner, and teammate — every single time
  • Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation within the agency management system
  • Communicate proactively with clients about their coverage, policy status, and any changes that affect them
  • Manage a high volume of service requests while staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Requirements
  • Active Property Casualty insurance license (required — not preferred)
  • Previous experience in an insurance agency service or Customer Service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain insurance clearly to someone who has never thought about it before
  • Detail-oriented and organized — policy changes and insurance documents require accuracy, and you take that seriously
  • Team-first mindset — you collaborate well, communicate openly, and support the people around you
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected and accountable to the team
  • Experience with an agency management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple and adapt to a high volume work flow.
