Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new patients, utilizing standardized tools to identify mental health needs.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other modalities tailored specifically to each client's circumstances.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of care.
  • Consult with a multidisciplinary team during case consultations to strategize treatment approaches and share insights for enhanced patient care.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and promote healthy coping mechanisms.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Qualifications
