Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and screenings to understand the mental health concerns of clients, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster therapeutic relationships and promote healing.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
