Spence Mind Counseling Center, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team of mental health professionals. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others and excel in a telehealth environment. The LPC will engage with clients through virtual platforms, conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support for a variety of mental health concerns.

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and follow-up evaluations to gauge clients' progress and stability.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that focus on the specific mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Document all sessions meticulously, ensuring updates and progress notes are up to date for each individual case.
• Hold regular virtual therapy sessions, averaging several individual sessions per week, to provide consistent support.
• Engage in individual supervision and collaborative discussions to foster personal and professional development.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your expertise will directly influence positive patient outcomes and enhance the overall well-being of the individuals you serve.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans for diverse mental health conditions.
• Previous work experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is advantageous.
