AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Customer Sales Representatives to work with individuals who have requested information about insurance and benefit options. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who are comfortable speaking with others, willing to learn, and ready to build professional experience in a client-focused role.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training and guidance are provided to help you learn the products, systems, and day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

Where We Are Hiring

Applicants must currently reside in an eligible location with a residential address in:

United States: Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington

Canada: All Canadian provinces and territories

This is a remote position, but applicants must be located in one of the eligible areas above.

The Role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll help clients understand the benefit options available to them and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Your day may include:

• Speaking with clients through phone and virtual appointments
• Reviewing client needs and explaining available options
• Responding to questions in a clear and professional manner
• Helping clients complete applications and required documentation
• Following up with individuals who need additional assistance
• Updating client records and keeping follow-up tasks organized
• Using company systems to manage appointments and client information
• Participating in virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Developing stronger customer service, communication, and sales skills

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must currently reside in Virginia, Illinois, California, Washington, or an eligible location in Canada
• Must have a residential address in the hiring area
• Must be authorized to work in the applicable country
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Webcam capability for virtual meetings
• Quiet and professional workspace
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients by phone and virtually
