What You'll Learn and Do

The role is built around developing strong client communication and sales skills while working with people who have expressed interest in receiving information.

Responsibilities include:

• Connecting with prospective clients through scheduled appointments
• Learning about client needs, priorities, and questions
• Presenting relevant benefit options in an easy-to-understand way
• Helping clients compare available choices
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Assisting qualified clients with the next steps in the process
• Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective clients
• Recording and organizing client and appointment information
• Participating in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Applying coaching to improve communication and sales performance
• Managing daily appointments, follow-ups, and assigned responsibilities
• Building professional relationships through clear and consistent communication
