Our client, Xplore Inc., is seeking a Legal Counsel in Canada with 5+ years of corporate/commercial experience to join its high-performing collaborative legal team.
Location is flexible. Candidates based anywhere in Canada will be considered. If you're outside the GTA, the arrangement is either fully remote or 1 day/week in office, depending on location. If you're within the GTA, the role is hybrid with 3 days/week in the Markham office (2 days remote).ย 
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive lawyer to join a leading Canadian telecommunications business during an exciting and pivotal period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will support a broad range of sophisticated and interesting corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance, driving process improvement and innovation (including through the adoption of AI and legal technology tools), and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organization.
