·       Initiate shipment processing in our customs software system, transmit shipment data to CBP and applicable PGAs and create client billings.
·       Coordinate exams and obtain and distribute CBP and PGA releases.
·       Monitor and manage shipment movements from origin through to final delivery, and secure freight releases in accordance with client service agreements.
·       Identify and/or address post-entry issues in consultation with management.
Preferred Qualifications

·       A desire to learn and adapt to meet changing trade conditions and regulatory requirements.
·       Minimum of 2 years of customs entry-writing experience.
·       Customs broker license preferred.
·       If working remotely, a dedicated office space where paper and electronic data can be kept secure.
