Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status and identify substance abuse needs, creating personalized therapeutic plans that outline client goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are reviewed and adjusted based on ongoing evaluations, clinical observations, and client feedback.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clientsโ€™ specific situations.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring clear communication of client progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to orchestrate coordinated efforts aimed at optimizing client outcomes, participating actively in treatment planning meetings along with case studies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
