• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, adapting techniques to meet each client's unique situation and preference.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and provide them with ongoing guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities and approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other innovative strategies that align with clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all therapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Your clients will include individuals facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing these clients with the support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through telehealth services, you will engage with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and empathy in your practice.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for establishing rapport and building a therapeutic connection with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding of various client experiences and mental health challenges.
