• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, treatment history, and goals.

• Collaboratively design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific psychological and emotional challenges faced by clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages client engagement and vulnerability.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and shared experiences among clients, enhancing their recovery process.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers and professionals to create comprehensive care strategies, advocating for clients’ needs both within and outside the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience providing mental health counseling, ideally within a community health or clinical environment.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices suitable for addressing a range of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients to facilitate their journey toward recovery.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling role is a plus, adapting to the unique challenges of virtual therapy.

• Demonstrated involvement in community outreach and education initiatives increasing awareness of mental health resources.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation protocols.
