• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video conferencing.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Engage clients in developing insights about their experiences, feelings, and relationships, encouraging personal growth.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate the development of healthy coping strategies to assist clients in managing their mental health.

Our therapists work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health concerns. The goal of our counseling services is not only to provide immediate support but also to equip clients with the tools necessary to enhance their overall quality of life. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as either: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; the therapist must have a clean professional background without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition are essential for fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, along with a strong capability to navigate electronic health record systems.

While all qualified therapists are welcome to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in telehealth practice and familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic modalities. Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of community mental health resources will enhance your ability to serve our clients effectively.

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and experience. We also offer a comprehensive sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
