• Conducting thorough client assessments to identify treatment needs and establish achievable goals.
• Delivering prevention-oriented therapy, tailoring interventions to suit individual client circumstances.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans that reflect client progress.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers, placement agencies, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Maintaining a manageable caseload and providing regular updates during team meetings.
• Contributing positively to the organizational culture, promoting a spirit of teamwork and support among colleagues.

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various demographics and presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Our patients seek care for concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting cultural differences and employing a range of counseling techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• A fully licensed mental health professional, including LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, recognized by state regulatory boards.
• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or closely related fields, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and technologies, with a willingness to embrace digital tools for therapeutic engagements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and document interactions thoroughly.
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, creating an open and safe environment for healing and growth.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a proactive approach to participation in team efforts and peer support.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals dealing with substance use issues.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources to assist clients in obtaining additional support as needed.
• Background in crisis intervention and management techniques to be employed when working with high-risk clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
