Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team specializing in child and adolescent mental health. This full-time role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible working conditions while you engage with young patients and their families through our telehealth platform. The successful candidate will provide essential therapeutic support to children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Our telehealth facility allows us to reach families in need, ensuring that everyone has access to essential mental health services regardless of geographical barriers.

This position allows for flexible remote work within a collaborative and supportive virtual office environment. Our team operates primarily during weekdays, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional evening sessions to accommodate the schedules of patients and their families. Our telehealth platform provides a secure and user-friendly interface for therapy sessions, ensuring that both clinicians and patients can maintain productive and empathetic interactions from the comfort of their own homes.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments aimed at identifying the psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs of young individuals.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that consider developmental milestones and familial contexts, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, creating therapeutic environments that encourage openness and healing.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at engaging parents and caregivers in strategies to foster a supportive home environment.
• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health situations to protect and stabilize young patients.
• Educate families on mental health conditions while guiding them through treatment options and connecting them to community resources.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring all documentation is confidential and secure.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.
• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and advances in child and adolescent mental health care.

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents experiencing diverse mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by our evolving client population guides our therapeutic interventions. The therapist will play a pivotal role in shaping positive outcomes for these young individuals, fostering emotional resilience, and enhancing their coping strategies through personalized care.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Experience providing individual and family therapy for young patients, demonstrating a track record of effective treatment outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software tools necessary for modern therapeutic practices.
• A collaborative mindset conducive to working within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy services is highly valued, accommodating various technological platforms for remote interaction.
• Knowledge of culturally competent practices in mental health service delivery.
• Fluency in additional languages to better serve diverse communities is a plus.

The offered salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
