• Conduct comprehensive intakes, individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy to support patient recovery and overall mental health improvement.
• Develop personalized service plans, which include setting achievable goals and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide mental health assessments and intervene with appropriate counseling techniques, ensuring documentation adheres to Federal, State, and Center guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, fulfilling all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, attending physicians, and other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care, especially in cases that require hospitalization.
• Prepare reports for court, schools, or community organizations as required, advocating for your patients’ needs.
• Foster connections with external service providers and civic assistance programs to coordinate treatment services and follow-up support for patients.

Our client population ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional distress. • A valid and current practitioner license from Florida’s clinical therapy board is mandatory for this role.

• Proficiency in understanding major legal guidelines affecting psychiatric admissions and mental health services.
• Able to work independently while also contributing positively to our collaborative team atmosphere.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms with ease.

• Experience in a remote counseling environment is preferred.
• Prior utilization of evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems in Florida to enhance patient care coordination.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience.
