• Conduct supportive individual therapy sessions in a virtual setting under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring patient progress aligns with their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient interactions, therapy progress, and assessments in compliance with department standards.
• Provide appropriate observations and reports during sessions to facilitate comprehensive treatment planning and implementation.
• Orient patients and their families regarding the therapy process, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Assist patients with personal needs and emotional support, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of three years' experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient management.
