Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and assessments for medical necessity.
  • Develop and implement initial treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including treatment progress notes, diagnosis reassessments, and treatment plan amendments, following clinic policies.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic methods and innovative tools to deliver engaging clinical services, helping clients surpass their goals.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality while keeping accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with clients' families and other support systems to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care.
  • Actively participate in clinical staff meetings, administrative discussions, individual supervision, and ongoing training to enhance professional skills.
  • Maintain active registration with the relevant licensing board and work consistently towards achieving full licensure.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing long-term and short-term counseling services and familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms are beneficial but not mandatory. Additionally, prior experience in a community health setting will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our employment package includes:
