What does a remote implementation manager do?

As a remote implementation manager, you work from home to direct the implementation of a new system or process in a company or organization. Get to Know Us

Technical Services Implementation Consultant: IDV and nSaaS

Overview:

Entrust is currently seeking a Technical Services Implementation Consultant to join the wider Professional Services team, supporting the onboarding of customers onto the IDV platform. The Systems Integrator is responsible for managing clients' endtoend IDV integrations, delivering two distinct types of customer projects: networkingled integration projects and, separately, applicationlevel integrations using APIs and SDKs.

The role has a primary focus on networking and connectivity projects, where responsibility centres on coordinating, managing, and delivering customer networking requirements rather than performing lowlevel configuration. In parallel, the role also supports API and SDK integration projects by providing technical guidance across the wider integration lifecycle. This position plays a key role within the organisation and reports to the Senior Manager of Implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage networkingled integration projects as part of customer onboarding, acting as the primary delivery and coordination lead

  • Coordinate secure connectivity requirements, including IP allowlisting, network configuration, and VPN setup, working closely with customer infrastructure and security teams

  • Lead VPN delivery from a project management perspective, including requirements gathering, planning, coordination, validation, and golive readiness, without necessarily performing handson network configuration

  • Manage networking projects independently of applicationlevel integrations, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks are clearly communicated and tracked

  • Support applicationlevel integration projects using APIs and SDKs by providing technical guidance and oversight throughout development, testing, and golive phases

  • Act as a customerfacing delivery lead, managing expectations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clear and consistent communication

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams such as Engineering, Support, Security, and Professional Services to ensure successful customer outcomes

Skills

Essential skills:

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity

  • Experience managing and coordinating networking or connectivity projects in a delivery or professional services context

  • Proven clientfacing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with customer technical and nontechnical teams

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently

  • Effective problemsolving skills and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations during technical delivery

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with API and SDKbased integrations

  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML

  • Exposure to applicationlevel integrations as part of customer onboarding or implementation projects
