You serve as a primary point of contact during implementation, working closely with customers to understand their permitting, inspection, code enforcement, and citizen engagement processes and configure the software to support their needs.You are responsible for configuring and training customers on both the Connect console application and the online Citizen Portal-covering contractors, properties, permit types, permit processing and issuance, inspections, code violations, enforcement actions, fines, and related community development workflows.
