A rapidly growing immigration law firm is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic legal team. This role focuses on family-based immigration cases and EOIR immigration court proceedings, offering meaningful client impact and strong career growth.

This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy, direct client interaction, and managing cases from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in EOIR immigration court hearings and in-person proceedings
  • Manage family-based immigration cases, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates, legal strategies, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
  • Handle a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case processing

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
