We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Immigration Attorney & Team Manager to join our growing firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with a passion for business immigration law and proven team management experience. As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and clients, handling a range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters while managing a team of paralegals to meet our case filing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of paralegals to achieve monthly case filing goals, exemplifying our three-pillar model Highest Quality Legal Work, Exceptional Client Service, and a Caring Approach.
Oversee the preparation and filing of non-immigrant (L-1, H-1B, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates, respond to questions, and address any concerns.
Stay current on changes in business immigration law and apply this knowledge to client matters.
Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, as well as corporate immigration policies and strategies.
Guide clients through the PERM labor certification process and ensure that they understand their options and responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to the firm’s success.
Requirements
U.S. JD required
Member of any State Bar
At least 2+ years of experience in business immigration law, including L-1, H-1B, PERM, E-1/E-2/E-3, TN, O-1, I-140, EB-1C, and AOS
At least 2+ years of successful team management experience, including leading a team to meet specific goals
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
