Where You Fit
The [Senior] Product Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team at PathAI and will be responsible for leading the marketing function for our algorithm products. This person will be able to drive their own strategy and contribute to building the Marketing function as they partner with cross-functional teams and be a thought partner for our Business Development and Product Management teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has product management and/or product marketing experience, and comfortable leaning into downstream execution in support of the sales team.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end launches for biopharma products and services in partnership with Product and Business Development, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market rollout plans
  • Own external messaging and campaign calendars, ensuring consistent execution across web, social, PR, sales enablement, and event-related touchpoints
  • Own development of product marketing collateral, including content creation, creative direction, and final deliverables across digital, sales, partner, and event assets
  • Support the planning and execution of industry conferences, owning tactical execution for Tier 1 conferences including registration, event planning, cross-functional coordination, and assets Including supporting follow-up campaigns, social media calendar around conferences and biopharma engagement strategy with business development team
  • Partner with the marketing team on channel strategy, investment decisions, and performance measurement, contributing to annual marketing objectives, tactics, and budgets for product and service focus areas
What You Bring
  • 2-5+ years of experience in product marketing with experience in brand management or digital marketing in the healthcare field;
  • Proven ability to craft engaging content across diverse customer segments.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and produce high-quality written content.
  • An eye for design based on extensive experience creating collateral and/or communications tools that are visual in nature.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to have a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing internal and agency relationships, including brief development and creative evaluatio
Nice to Have
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth company (Series A-C).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and SEO/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Experience with video and image editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vimeo.

The cash compensation outlined below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible positions. Certain roles may also qualify for overtime pay. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in PathAI's equity plan and may receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

$125,530 - $192,479
